We want every parent feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right. We’re happy to help with return or exchanges.

ONLINE ORDERS -Return & Exchanges

Time Frame

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your orders.
  • Once approved, you have 7 days to send or return the item.
  • We will be unable to release the exchanged product until the original product has been received.
  • Your request for an exchange will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the item, and undergo a quality review.

Eligible Items

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
  • Must include Invoice or order confirmation.

Not Eligible

  • Used, Damaged, or washed items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (socks , Underwear , Baby creams, lotions )
  • Sale or discount items
  • Gift cards

Damage or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will arrange a free courier pickup or replacement if the error is ours.

Refund/Exchange Options

  • We offer Store credit or product exchange only (No cash refunds)
  • Credit will be issued within 5 business days after inspection.

  • We’ll send instruction for return shipping.
  • Do not send items without prior approval– they won’t accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees (unless item is faulty)

IN-STORE PURCHASES-Return & Exchange

  • You may return or exchange in-store purchases within 7 days of purchase.
  • Bring the item with original tags and receipt.

What’s Eligible

  • Items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).
  • Exchange for another size /product (based on availability).

Not Eligible

  • Sale items, Undergarments, used or solid items, and gift cards.
  • Items returned without a receipt.

Refund Method

  • No cash refunds.
  • Exchange or store credit will be offered after item inspection.

Exchanging Online Orders at Our store

Yes, you can bring an online order to our store for an exchange!

Steps:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp for exchange approval.
  2. We’ll send a store exchange confirmation email.
  3. Visit the store within 7 days with the confirmation email and item.
  4. Our staff will inspect the item and complete your exchange.
